1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bbiplay ("Platform", "we", "company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features provided through the bbiplay website and its associated mobile applications.

If multiple account ownership is confirmed, bbiplay reserves the right to:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

These conditions may include minimum betting limits, rollover requirements, validity periods, eligible game types, and maximum withdrawal limits on winnings generated from bonus funds.

5.2 Rollover Requirements

6 Wagering Rules

6.1 Betting Results

The outcome of all games and bets on bbiplay is final and non-disputable unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. For games using a Random Number Generator (RNG), all results are entirely random and bbiplay has no ability to influence game outcomes.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

Bbiplay reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances: a technical system error, incorrect odds information caused by a software bug, or situations where the event wagered on did not take place or was concluded under conditions significantly different from those originally expected. In the event of a void, the full bet amount will be returned to your account balance.

6.3 Online Betting Only

All bets must be placed through the official bbiplay platform — either the official website or the mobile app. bbiplay does not accept bets via phone, email, or any other channel. Any claims based on unauthorised betting methods will not be entertained.

7 Member Conduct

By using the bbiplay platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bbiplay reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to meet KYC requirements, or upon instruction from regulatory authorities. bbiplay will endeavour to provide reasonable notice except in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your bbiplay account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid fund balances will be returned to you once all applicable wagering requirements have been met and the verification process is complete. Funds originating from bonuses that have not fulfilled the rollover requirements will not be returned.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, bbiplay, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to technical maintenance or issues beyond our control
• Losses from games that are the result of fair and random outcomes
